To use a name of a file for mp3 tags

      The given function is applicable only for a task [Renaming] {MP3 tags} .
      At use of this function all over again the task of function gets out:

1. {To fill MP3 in tags} . Function allows to bring in tags "Artist, Title, Album, Genre, Year, Track" the information taken from a name of a file.

2. {To make a name of a file} . Function allows to make a name of a file from MP3 tags "Artist, Title, Album, Genre, Year, Track, Comments".

      Further after a choice of a task, the order of following of tags in a name of a file in a column "¹" Gets out. And the following rules operate:
- "0" means, that the tag marked more to the right is ignored by the program, in general;
- at concurrence ¹ In attention one which is located closer to top undertakes only.
      by ticks necessary tags Further are marked. And if the task is chosen {To fill MP3 in tags} the unmarked tag (under condition of if the order of following is not "0") means, that the tag will be used by the program, but in a tag the found value will be worn out will not be (it is made for: if the name of a file contains the value corresponding to the given tag, and you do not want to bring this value in the given tag, and want to bring the values following after that value in other tags).

      If ID3v1 it is marked by a tick the program works with If ID3v2 it is marked by a tick the program works with tags ID3v2. If ID3v1 and ID3v2 are marked by ticks the program works with tags ID3v1 and ID3v2. And, if the necessary tag is both in ID3v1, and in ID3v2 advantage has ID3v2.
